Chef de Partie
Full time
$76,515 – $80,000 per year
Hillary’s Beach Club are looking for Chef De Partie to join their team based in Hillary’s on a fulltime basis.
HBC has been opened since Dec 2023 and is a vibrant coastal venue. This venue has two major areas with a coffee kiosk takeaway outlet too. If you are looking for a coastal move and have experience as a CDP, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain food hygiene standards
- Maintain food standards
- Stock rotation
- Work in a brand-new kitchen with passionate enthusiastic chefs
- Use the highest quality local produce.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef
Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced Diploma or Diploma in relevant studies
- At least 3 years’ experience as a chef
