Heartfelt Rewards

Where Loyalty is trully Rewarded!

We believe every visit to our venues should feel special—and now, it’s more rewarding than ever.

Heartfelt Rewards is our brand-new loyalty app designed to thank our incredible community of guests across all our venues (and all upcoming ELG Australia venues). Whether you’re sipping coffee at Bar Cicchetti, enjoying churros at Bar Olé, or celebrating at Bert’s Ballroom, every moment counts—and now, every dollar does too.
